"Monostation" thermoformers are "one-working station" machines, in which form is reached by vacuum.
The cycle is full-authomatic, exeption for the charge and discharge whihch are made manually by the operator.
With an extra sum a special fixture is available to authomatize this operation.

They are adequate to work with themoplastic materials like HIPS, ABS with a maximum thickness ratio of 8 mm.

When equipped with particular accessories they are able to work also materials in bobbin.

They can be realized in idraulic or pneumatic version.

Stamps in negative or positive can be used, and their exchange can be executed on the front-machine in an easy way by the wide front-doors.

They can be used for several purposes like toilet fornitures, spot-boards, cases, inner parts for cars, cells and innerdoors for domestic refrigerators.

The base machine is equipped with a supervisor pc easy to read and program thanks to the high graphihc potentialities and its motorization in real-time of all the functions and movimentations.
The posting of the data and the thermoformer formulas are easy, with the possibility of direct files on HD for a simple recall also from the less expert operators.

The irradiators commands' electronic appareil is equipped with a particular diagnostic circuit for the short-circuit protection to prevent any kind of damage even to the gearcase itself, which is able to isolate the damaged rasistance in case the operator decides to go on with the production phase.
The signal make the supervisor able to locate immediatly the damaged object with a particcular numeration saving lots of working hours to the upkeeper.
The real power management compensate the energy variations due to to variations of tension on the line.

The two heater pannels, one superior and one inferior, are composed by ceramic singles flat irradiatiors and ordered singularly, for an optimal control of the temperature.
The regulation of the woking temperature in every zone and on the singles irradiators is mantained constant in time by proper PID regulators of authomatic type which are inside the Supervisor pc.
Through the disposition and the advanced control of the airradiators we obtain an optimal and uniform slab heating.

The slab is pressurized during the heating phase by a special valve with pression regulator.
This solution, depending on the thickness and the maněterial utilized in the process, is able to variate the pressurization itself.
The security control, to avoid the so-called "effect balloon", proceeds through a special laser sensor that check the depth of the "balloon".All the regulation data are filed in the formulas that can be recalled everytime the same piece is produced.

The charge of the slab in the standard form of the machine is handmade by an operator, but it can be done athomaticly by a charger.
This allow to insert a slab pallet, and by a special veneer the machine picks the single slab positioning it authomaticly in the thermofoming position.

Also the discharge of the finished piece can be done athomaticly by a picker that release it on an exit roller to be spinned.
