In these past few years our firm has specialized in the developement of thermoformming machines for the hot stamping of slabs and plastic bobbins with vacuum forming technic.These machines are proper to the machining of thermoplastic matrerials on slabs like HIPS,ABS with a thickness ratio of about 8 mm. Particularly fit for the production of cases, toilet forniture parts, innerdoors, inside parts for households and so on. We are on this sector of the market also thanks to the experience and knowledge of some of our technicians on the problems of hot and vacuum stamping. The carachteristics of our machines and installations are semplicity of use and the vanguard of the system employed for the control and the handling of the single parts. More, the higly authomation level make the operator able to check with the computer even the operations that in many other machines remain manuals. Particular care and attention are in the use of the security systems of the machines in order to satisfy every norm in force. The high technology level in these machines can grant our customer: - Production increase; - more quality together with the possibility to reduce the raw materialas employement; decrease personnel at the machines; lessening of the scraps; security warranty against accidents. This is finalized to the costs reduction, and by consequence a production increasing, not forgetting the high security levels granted. We are also working on the project of the cutting robots. These high-tech machines, combined with thermoformers, trim the thermoformed part, transforming it into a finished part. They will be ready in few months, and they are studied with an innovative system which will bring to an important money saving in comparison to the ones already on the market.
