In the board-machine relaizations is considred both the wiring
of machine and of installations like conveyors.
For the realization of a board-machine great attention is put
in the cables drawing, distancing the power cables from the
control ones, especially the analogics which are sensitive to
jammings.
The experience of the past few years has shown us that the best
communication ways are profibus net and device-net.
With the use of in field interface and decentred perpherals
we have reduced not only the cables wiring to the general board
but also the dimensions of the boards'machine.
Particular attention is also put in the planning of the cable
recaways.
We normally use galvanized or enameld slab raceways ,opened
or closed; but for the corrosive environements we prefere to
use inox steel closed raceways or the inox steel AISI304 or
AISI316 net platform.Supports may be standard or made to measure
like pedestals fixed to the ground to be fixed on the side-machine.
In the choice of the cables we care both for the sections and
for the choice of the material to utilize (gum or pvc) also
for the insulation, depending on the exigences of the environment.
