Command and control boards.
This boards are planned and made by many carpenteys on the market
follwing our customers' requests and needings either in painted
plate or inox steel.
The plan normally includes one board containing the power part
and the control one. For bigger installations MCC (motor control
center) boards are normally planned for the installation or
the machine motor command or boards containing plc and the many
electronic circuits for the consumers command.
Particular attnetion to low tension norms is put in the planning
phase but also for electromagnetic compatibility and machines
directives.
The finished boards are tested following the norms in force
by certificated instruments. For this reason, at the end of
the tests, a conformity statement and a verify report as stated
in the CEI-EN60439-1 norm.
An identification plaque will be placed on the board with the
norm conformity followed by the initials "CE".
The electric drafts may be realized in many langauges and with
different CAD systems like Autocad2000/Spac2002 or Eplan v.5.30.They
will be complete with cable list, materials list, revisions
index, symbols index and inner pannels disposition.
