Here are some examples of plants developped and managed by AG-CEREC ELETTRONICA in the past few years. Receiving, stocking and milk pasteurization at the "Centrale del latte di Genova".

The plant is composed of a product receiving zone, of 2 milk pasteurizateurs, of 1 cream pasteurizateur, 2 skimmers and also of 4 stocking tanks.
The control system of the plant is composed of a central controller type Siemens S7-400 with interface in field ET200 for the consumers collection.

This is managed by a centralized supervision system WIN-CC Siemens for the data and storics collection.
The board machine of the installation is relized with a inox steel AISI304 raceway and with derivation boxes also made in AISI304 .

UHT sterilizer non-direct type for beverage and juices Boschi Felegara Plant.
The control system is composed by a controller type Siemens S7-300 with operator touch-
screen.
For the pump managing phase we have utilized Profibus in-net inverters and a circular recorder for the collection of fundamental data.
The board machine of the installation is relized with an inox steel AISI304 with direct connection to the check-command board.

The control system is composed of a controller type Siemens S7-300 with operator pannell.

The board machine of the installation is relized with closed canalization made of inox steel AISI304 with direct connection with check-command board.
