A telephonic assistance is granted in all working days at our firm's number. This service, which is free, can grant the solution to all doubts and problems of the customer about our plants.

Telephonic assistance is granted 24 h. a day to all the customers who possess special hi-tech plants. The service is free and our technicians' retrival is granted all year long.

In-site-assistance: the assistance at our customers' firm is granted depending on the client requirements on agreement. AG-CEREC always employ specialized personnel only, who is able to resolve and optimize all kind of problems relative to our installations.

Web assistance: the clients who can dispose of informatic means can communicate directly with our personnel in video-conference mode, receive documents or via e-mail assistance.

Teleservice and Teleassistance: in case our customer is in possess of installations which dispose of "AG-CEREC teleservice", can receive the teleservice assistance, free during all working days. This option grant our client the monitoring of the plant in real time from our technicians and an eventual intervention of the installation software directly from our firm, avoiding time losses and costly movings.
